Julio Carranza Bolívar, alumnus of the Business Administration Undergraduate Program at ITAM, was appointed President of the Association of Mexican Banks (ABM).

Julio Carranza has a Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) and more than 34 years of experience in the Banking Sector. He served as chairman for the Board of Directors of Bancoppel during these last years, after being managing Director for 15 years.

The Association of Mexican Banks, that is looking to become the umbrella organization for credit institutions, celebrated its sixth Banking Convention this year, where Becker Feldman presented a small silver gavel to Julio Carranza as a symbol of change in leadership. 

Congratulations to Julio Carranza on his appointment!
