Congratulations to Dr. Thomas Martin Rudolf, in his appointment as director of the Mechatronics Engineering Program

Currently, he is a full time professor and researcher at ITAM. He got his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, specialized in mechatronics, from the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany. He also has a doctorate in engineering from the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen (RWTH), Germany. 

He has taught courses such as Control Engineering, Component Manufacturing and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing, as well as Solid Mechanics, Design of Robotics Mechanisms and Mechatronic Systems. He has also been published by international magazines on the subject of monitoring and diagnostics of manufacturing processes.
