ITAM’s community is deeply saddened by the passing of professor Alfonso Franco Bolaños, an emeritus professor of the Department of Accounting and lecturer at the Institute for over 5 decades.

Professor Alfonso Franco was known by his students and collaborators at ITAM for being a person with great human quality, an excellent professor and very dear to several alumni that shared his classes within the Institute.
