We commend Luis Arias Osoyo in his appointment as chief financial officer of AINDA, in recognition of his contributions to the natural gas, electricity and finance sectors. 

At ITAM, Luis Arias has completed several programs, including the Economics undergraduate program, the Accounting and Financial Strategy undergraduate program, the Masters in Finance and the certification in energy investments.

With over 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors, he has occupied positions of high responsibility. Currently, he’s focused in the fields of energy, infrastructure and finance as chief financial officer.
