José María Barrero, professor at ITAM's Academic Department of Administration, has developed an investigation into the new balance of work derived from the pandemic.
The research was recently published in an executive version, by Harvard Business Review, one of the most widely read and influential corporate publications in the world.
The research raises, based on quantitative data, the desire of workers to carry a hybrid work scheme; that is to say, that it has the face-to-face and remote modalities. It also addresses the challenge that these schemes represent for companies.
The investigation can be read on HBR's website, under the title "Don't Force People to Come Back to the Office Full Time."
José María Barrero is currently a full-time professor in ITAM's Academic Department of Administration. He has a BA in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania; Master of Economics from Stanford, and Doctor of Economics from Stanford.
